Being able to combine a variety of reference management tools around our CRD provides a high degree of flexibility. The result is a customized solution which will meet the specific needs of your organization’s reference program.

Selected features and functions are:

• Customer Reference Database: The CRD functions as a centralized repository of all customer reference data, including reference materials such as success stories, testimonials and press releases. The system can be administrated by customer reference professionals.
• Reference Usage: The usage of customer references can be tracked easily and reported on.
